At Currimundi Campus we believe consistency matters for children — and for parents’ peace of mind. Lead for over 10 years by our centre director who knows every child by name our team of educators are passionate about making a difference in young peoples lives. You’ll always know the name of the person caring for your child. We encourage and support our educators to ensure long term commitment. We love to spoil our educators with birthday treats, anniversary celebrations, team bonding events and Wellness Wednesdays. We make sure each educator genuinely invests time, care and attention to each little one in their care and shares our values and beliefs in early education.

Our educators communicate and upskill through regular professional development webinars and  staff meetings which includes a variety of initiatives such as role playing, room set up feed backs and team building exercises.

At Currimundi Campus our educators also love to be involved in the culture and programming within the centre. We have a variety of leadership roles from Cultural, Music and Movement, Gardener to Sustainability leaders. They take pride in helping and supporting each other to achieve high standards.
